About Me
My passion for training stems from a lifelong love of sports. I've been fortunate to embrace every sporting opportunity that has come my way. While soccer holds a special place in my heart, I have also enjoyed participating in basketball, volleyball, skiing, tennis, squash, taekwondo, and pickleball from my youth into adulthood. This deep connection with sports and physical activity led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, majoring in sport performance, followed by a Master’s degree in Coaching.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree, I embarked on a career as a personal trainer. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for working with others and found immense joy in helping clients achieve their fitness goals. While physical activity and exercise are central to my life, I believe in maintaining a healthy balance with other activities. In my downtime, I enjoy woodworking, video games, and tabletop games. I also volunteer by coaching youth soccer and maintain an up-to-date vulnerable sector check.
My Philosophy

My training philosophy centers around personalized, sustainable fitness plans that fit your unique lifestyle. I take an evidence-based approach to programming, ensuring that every exercise and routine is backed by the latest research in exercise physiology. Whether you're an aspiring athlete or just starting your fitness journey, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals, prioritizing both sustainability and results.
Training Experience
I have been a personal trainer since January 2020, working with a diverse range of clients. My experience includes training high-performance athletes such as WHL athletes, university-level soccer and volleyball players, and provincial-level figure skaters, lacrosse players, and skiers. While I am well-versed in high-performance training, I also have plenty of experience working with individuals at all fitness levels. Whether you are entering retirement and looking to stay active or a weekend warrior wanting to keep up with your interests, I am here to support and guide you on your fitness journey.
